My Future Job

Well I never think seriously about my future job before, but always I dreaming to work out of the country, in my profession obviously. I would like to travel in my future job, but the places I visit they would have to be nice and quiet. I imagine working in a forestry industry in my country in the south of Chile, but before that I would like to work in the capital, Santiago, for some municipality and there to work about cityscape and parks creation. After working in a forest industry, I would like to work as park ranger, I don't care about the place, any park would be fine for me.

After gathering experience in my self country, for four years, I would like to go out of the country for work in my profession. My dream I thing, is to work in Alaska, near to northern lights. About the salary I would like to receive, I don't care much as long as I like what I do. But if I have to choose a salary, I choose a job that pays me over the million.

I thinking to taking a major related to the water, because is interesting for me and is a today's topic with global relevance.

Independence day

On independence day usually I spend time with my family, but every year I do something different. A year I go with my father to some "fonda", other year at grandmothers house we make a barbecue, or just another year I go on vacation with my family.

Usually I eat barbecues, empanadas and drink wine or "terremotos" in independence day. I meet with my grandfathers, my uncles, and cousins. Also with friends we going to fondas or just we make a barbecues at home.

If I going to go out of city, the destiny will be the beach, Viña del Mar for example; or the south of Chile, any place would bring to me some time of relaxation.

Actually I don't rememeber how to dance cueca, because have passed many years since I dancing cueca last time, but I see a tutorial or someone teaches me at the moment and I always manage to remember it.

The fonda I like to go, is the one located in Padre Hurtado park, because they do many international events as horse competitions, tipical games, dances of cueca, among others. Since I have memory there are almost always days when the weather is clear and thus you can enjoy the holidays much better.

My favourite food

Before leading a healty life, I liked to eat junked food, like burgers and french fries. Actually I try to eat healthy food, like salad, fruits, wholemeal foods, among others. With respect to the drinks I prefer to drink water. I like salty food than sweet. I don't know how to cook many foods but every time I can, I try to learn how to do it.

I have many favourite foods, but if I have to choose one I thing to prefer the Paella. This food is traditional from Spain. Also I like american food like meat with barbecue, which comes from the USA.

Usually eat my favourite food at national holidays in september 18th, when I make barbecues with my family and friends, but usually I don't eat spanish food. With respect to salads and fruits, I prefer to eat them more in summer, because they are fresh. My favourite salad is lettucce and my favourite fruit is the watermelon.

Now I'm getting used to eating healthier and respecting meal times, but for country holidays I have small tastes with respect to the food I eat.

The best holidays ever

Well, today I talk about my best holidays in my life. I remember when I went to the south of Chile, Pucón exactly, and I stayed with my family near to the lake villarica in a house of wood. The place was surrounded by forests and the center of Pucón was a few minutes by car. We stayed at this place about a week, in January of 2011.

If the sky was cloudy, we had fun in the hot springs of the place, and when the sun rises, we went to lake to swim.

Also we went out to other places surrounding the sector, such as Likan-Ray or Villarica, and visited nature reserves, I don't remember their names, but had the characteristic of having a lot of forest and wildlife. There was very quiet, although there were many people, the places were so large that there was a moment where I was alone in the forest, so I could enjoy moments of peace and quite with nature. Also I could enjoy a beautiful view of the waterfalls.

At night I went to the center of Pucon with my cousins to have fun, there were a lot of people nightlife !!

A place I would like to visit

I have many places in mind to visit, but if I have to choose one, probably it would be England. This country is interesting for my , because have a long history in his lands. I like the history and the nature, the landscapes combined with castles are an ideal tourist atraction for me.

I know that, many years ago the romans came to britain and conquered part of it, years later they were forced to leave the island, leaving behind monuments they built. Then came the times of the Vikings that lashed the island, medieval times and crusades. The castles are built in those trouble times and until these days the walls persist. I love the landscape of ingland too, is nostalgic.

Of course, I would like to study and work in England. I think the best way to learn english is with other people talk the same language, it would be great. Also I like to live in there, near to the coast or mountains it would be perfect for me.
